I can do this.

After a weekend with guests and eating whatever, tonight I popped in my newest Leslie Sansone workout. In this particular video she had walking with her six people who had lost over
100 pounds. I was thrilled and inspired to see women who were not the perfect size yet, and may never be, but they were working out! It made me realize that I am responsible for taking care of ME. I may never be a size 6, but I CAN eat sensibly, cut back on sugar, and I can walk. I am so thankful that i can walk. I have choices, and I have the freedom to make those choices. So, tomorrow, I will choose a healthy breakfast, and I will walk. I will take this one day at a time, one meal at a time, one walk at a time.
